Staff
 
Physicians:
Dr. Otis recruited the help of Dr. William MacAusland, an Orthopedic Surgeon from Boston, to line up a weekly Physician rotation. The Clinic presently has two rotations: Orthopedic and Medical. The Orthopedic rotation is covered by Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeons; the Medical is covered by a variety of Board Certified specialists (Cardiology, GI, Pediatrics, Family Practice, etc.). All Medical Physicians are ACLS certifed as well.
 
Nursing:
The nursing positions are covered by seven members, some full-time, some part time. All Nursing staff are ACLS certified. Nursing Staff covers both the First Aid room and the Clinic.
 
  X-ray:
Five of the Nursing staff are also licensed in Vermont as limited X-ray Technologists (extremities and chests only). Orthopedic Surgeons complete a Vermont Radiological Board requirement in order to endorse their licenses to be able to take other films.
 
Office:
The Clinic has one office manager, who oversees all patient activity. On her day off, the position is covered by a Nurse.
 
Medical Students:

2 Medical Students from Harvard, SUNY Stony Brook, and some other schools, rotate on a monthly basis. They participate in the full professional activities with appropriate supervision.

Extensive renovation in 2000 has provided an efficiency apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen/living area.
