The Carlos Otis Clinic is a nonprofit organization that offers medical care services to the Stratton Community during the ski season. The Clinic has been in operation since 1971. Please read more about our mission and the services we provide on our Information page.

The Clinic completed construction of the MacAusland Medical Annex in 2004. This building provides permanent housing for the orthopedic and medical doctors who volunteer their time and expertise to the Clinic on a weekly basis during the ski season. In the Summer of 2008 the ground floor of the MacAusland Medical Annex was converted into a two bedroom apartment. The "Simmers' Suite" is named in honor of long time director and past president Bill Simmers and will house physicians who come up to help during busy vacation and holiday times.
