My name is Randy Barr and I am an Internal Medicine doctor.  I have been practicing at InterMed since I completed my residency in 1996.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and three wonderful children and coach as many of their sport teams as possible.  I enjoy swimming, skiing, fishing, sailing and, of course, watching the Red Sox’s and Patriots.  I am active within InterMed and have been on InterMed’s Finance Committee for over ten years as well as site Medical Director for many years.  I started and am Director of InterMed Community Support Program.

I enjoy working with such an incredible team of physicians and staff and am proud of the positive impact InterMed has had on this community.  With me and InterMed, the patient always comes first.
